Events
Halmstad University organises a variety of events every year, ranging from academic celebrations and international conferences to open lectures for the public.
Every autumn the Academic Ceremony is organised, where new Professors are inaugurated into their new tenures, new doctors are conferred and other academic merits are celebrated. At the end of the spring semester, the big University graduation fair Utexpo with student graduation projects takes place, and the big joint graduation ceremony for all students who are finishing their degree studies.
