The nomination and application process
Partner universities are requested to nominate their students for an exchange period by using an online nomination form that we will provide via email a couple of weeks before our nomination period opens. The nomination form is sent to latest updated email adress we have in our system, connected to the partnership. Please inform us if your contact details are changing.
When the nomination form is received, we will send application instructions and additional information to you and your applying students.

Application period for nominated students
15 March –15 April for studies starting in autumn
15 September –15 October for studies starting in spring
Documentation needed
In order for the application to be approved, the students need to provide us with an English version of their transcript of records.
It is also important that the students have sufficient proficiency in the English language. It is recommended to have a minimum level of B2. In some courses on master's level a result of IELTS 6.5/TOEFL 90 is required.
