Working with
I'm a research assistant at LHS with dual Master's degrees in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Criminology.
My academic journey includes a BA in Psychology from Empire State University in 2012, an MSc in Work and Organizational Psychology at Linnaeus University in 2017, and an MSc Criminology at Malmö University in 2021. In my Master's, I examined stress, depression, anxiety, and creativity in the workplace, emphasizing interventions for a healthy work environment. Later, in Criminology, I focused on workplace victimization's impact on mental health.
As a Research Assistant at Halmstad University, I work with European Horizon research projects, including B-Shapes, Intercambio, and Erasmus (+), as well as training programs such as TRAINS and SAYP/SI. I have responsibilities spanning planning and supporting training programs, funding applications, and comprehensive research support.
