Working with

Lecturer at Halmstad University and senior researcher, research group lead and program director of the Health Economics Policy and Management master's program at the Medical Management Centre, Karolinska Institutet. The main focus of my research and teaching is to collaborate with clinical managers to develop innovative ways to improve health care for staff and patients by deepening and broadening our perspectives on quality improvement (including lean & Value-Based Health Care), complexity, medical leadership and change management, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics, health care innovation, medical education, team training, patient safety, costing, reimbursement models, business model thinking, Triple and Quadruple Aim, and project management at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive education levels. I look forward to researching with colleagues at HH how we can apply theory from implementation and improvement science to better integrate AI into health care.
