Working with

Assistant professor in Health Innovation and conducts research within the broad field of information-driven care. I have a special focus on the implementation process of AI (as well as other advanced technologies) in the healthcare context. Other research interests include, organization theory, organizational change, management studies, HRM, professions and occupations, work science studies. I have interest and experience in conducting qualitative research, ethnographically-inspired methods in particular.

I have a PhD in Management and Organization from the School of Business Economics, and Law, at The University of Gothenburg.

Teaches in courses such as, change management, organization theory, leadership, and health innovation.
