Working with

I have a PhD in educational work. My research interests are school improvement, school leadership and professional learning. More specifically, I am interested in development, leading and collaboration practices for school improvement. I primarily conduct action research together with school leaders and teachers. At the School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences I work as a scientific supervisor for practice-based research.

In addition to my work at Halmstad University, I work as a municipal lecturer in the city of Helsingborg. I am also the convener of NERA's school development network and coordinator for NAFUS, a network for action research in education in Sweden. Moreover, I am active in the following researcher networks: NSOL (National Research Network about School Governance, Organization and Leadership), PEP (Pedagogy, Education and Praxis) and SWE-PEP.
