I have a PhD in sport science and is currently employed as a senior lecturer in psychology at Halmstad University. I mainly teach exercise and health psychology and sport science in the programs Psychology - Sport and Exercise, Professional Career in Sport and Working Life, and Biomedicine - Exercise Physiology. I am also Program Director for the program Professional Career in Sport and Working Life. I am a member of the research program Movement for Health and Performance (M4HP) and my research is mainly about how sustainable participation in physical activity, exercise, and sports can be promoted among children, adolescents and adults. In relation to this, I have a particular interest in motivation for physical activity, exercise, and sports.
