I am a professor in Industrial Management with a focus on innovation and product development. For over 20 years, I have been involved in creating educational programs, teaching, conducting research in collaboration with society, and contributing to the university's development at various levels. I have always been fascinated by combining these aspects of university activities.

My research revolves around innovation, product development, and sustainability. In 2007, I defended my dissertation on the adoption and diffusion of environmental innovations and their success in the market. Since then, I have conducted and published several studies on networks to support innovation, business model innovation, and business model innovation for sustainability.

I also have over 20 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels, primarily in areas such as innovation management, product development, and business development for sustainability and circular economy. Since the beginning of my doctoral studies, I have participated in international conferences in my research field and built an extensive network of researchers worldwide, leading to collaborations and dissemination of research findings. An example of this is my chairmanship of the 6th International Conference on New Business Models, held on June 9-11, 2021, in Halmstad, Sweden.

My research work is divided into six main areas of research. Of course, I am aware that the areas may overlap in particular projects and publications as they are in some way linked to the broad research field of management of innovation and business development. The six overlapping focus research areas are:
