My research focus is on the transition towards more sustainable food systems which produces healthy food in adequate amounts for a growing global population while at the same time protecting important ecosystem services and reducing the climate impact of food production. More specifically my research has been on making Swedish farms more sustainable, barriers and levers for urban agriculture and capacity building in agroecological methods. I’m the program director for the Bachelor in Environment, Innovation and Sustainability and I teach courses in ecosystem services and nature-based solutions.
