I am a PhD candidate in Informatics with a strong inclination toward Information Systems at the Department of Intelligent Systems and Digital Design, School of Information Technology. I work under the LeaDS research program on the project "Guidance for Digital Automation and a Good Working Environment." My research focuses on the complex, interwoven relationship between humans and the machines they use, specifically, white-collar knowledge workers and intelligent technologies. I am exploring how these technologies implicate their professional competence and considering the implications for the future of work. I advocate for technology to complement and not replace humans in the workplace. Passionate about artificial intelligence, I foresee a future where technology amplifies human capabilities. My background includes business management, digital transformation, research, and digital service innovation.
In my pursuit of knowledge, I am involved in teaching. I facilitate learning in courses on digital business development, design science research, and digital transformation. I aim to inspire students to enjoy learning about harnessing digital technologies effectively so they are equipped to lead in a tech-driven world and enhance human capabilities with technology.
