My main research areas are personal and organisational knowledge management, with particular focus on multidisciplinary developments involving learning, people, processes and technology. This manifests in my coordination of the LeaDS Mentoring Initiative and supporting LHS Docent and Project Management Developments. I am proud to have been involved with staff and student developments at Halmstad for the last 25 years with my latest focus being Guest Professor in LHS supporting, guiding and enabling staff in their academic and research developments.
