Business Model Innovation

Innovation is when a new idea, technology, product or organizational design is taken from concept to implementation, either in a business or in the community. An innovation must achieve acceptance, success rate and create value for diverse stakeholders. One of the most important aspects of innovation is commercialization in business settings. In this course, students develop an understanding of the dynamics of innovation, from idea generation to market success and dissemination. ore specifically, the course is focusing on the role of business model innovation when it comes to its economic, environmental and social impacts. bBusiness models for internationalization and international aspects of commercialization will be also explored.
