Bioenergy

This course gives you basic knowledge about bioenergy. You get an overview of the availability and use of bioenergy at both national and international level.

You study the entire production chain for bioenergy, from felling to incineration. You will also learn how to build and operate bioenergy plants.

You gain insights into the possibilities and limitations of bioenergy and practice evaluating the use's environmental, technical, economic and ethical conditions and consequences. You develop your ability to look at the role of bioenergy in the energy system from different perspectives.
