Employees who have defended their doctoral thesis at another university
On this page there is some useful information for employees who have defended their doctoral thesis at another university since the last academic ceremony and who will be honoured at a this year's Academic Ceremony.
Registration, dinner and seating
You may bring one guest to the Ceremony and dinner. You must register yourself and your guest. When registering select the category “Honorary member of staff”.
Staff on site will inform you where you and your guests will be seated.
Dresscode
Festive attire.
