Working with

I have my background as a nurse specializing in intensive care. After a master's degree in nursing, I have taught in the nursing program, Halmstad University. For a few years, I have also been active as a program manager in the nursing program. Since 2020, I am a doctoral student 50% at the Academy of Health and Welfare and teach 50%. My research area is about sustainability in higher education with a focus on students with a foreign background who are studying in human care professions. I investigate

the presence or absence of the influence of salutogenic factors for a successful study result.

My main teaching is in basic nursing, skills training and full-scale simulation.
