Digital Learning

The course includes a basic module where theories, methods, models, and frameworks for understanding digital learning are introduced. The basic module also includes an overview of current research on digital learning, which is discussed in seminar form. After the basic module, the course is divided into three different specialization themes: (1) Digital learning in schools and preschools, (2) Digital learning in higher education, and (3) Lifelong digital learning. The doctoral student chooses a specialization theme based on their own dissertation work. These themes are addressed both through dialogue in seminars and in written reflections. Ongoing research projects are used in the course to exemplify current research.
