Co-Living Lab (COLL): Preserve and make tourist areas accessible in sustainable ways
This innovation project uses Grötvik in Halland on the west coast to develop a tailored collaboration model, a 'Co-Living Lab' (COLL), where Co stands for collaborative and Living Lab is a methodological approach that involves end-users and stakeholders in the innovation process to co-develop mobility solutions in an exploratory manner.
This project will co-develop sustainable mobility services based on multiple interests, values and benefits to enable accessibility to "a place for recovery, experiences and activities at the ancient quarries, where sea meets land and nature meets culture". With increasing tourism and transport needs for both goods and people, it is important to maintain and improve the possibilities for sustainable mobility solutions where nature and local values are at the center. The project results in coordination effects between various stakeholders who together contribute to innovative solutions based on local values and social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
