Safe and sustainable processes in the forest industry
This project focuses on working procedures regarding safety and sustainability within the forest industry.
According to the Swedish Work Environment Authority, the forest industry has had one of the most dangerous work environments with the highest amount of fatal accidents the past decade. However, the Swedish Work Environment Authority implies that fatal accidents can be reduced if the businesses uphold a great safety culture and systematic work environment management.
Project aim
This project aims to analyze the strategic and operational work procedures amongst managers and leaders regarding safety culture, where proactivity, safety and risk-taking behaviour have a key role.
