Education in health innovation
Focus area Health Innovation contributes to integrating areas of knowledge at Halmstad University. The University has several educations with a focus on health innovation – both as individual courses and as parts in programme-specific educations at undergraduate, advanced and postgraduate level.
In 2021, courses will be conducted at all levels (mainly given in Swedish).
Courses at advanced level
- Health Innovation – theory and method, 7,5 credits (in Swedish)
- Graduate project with a focus on health innovation, 15 credits (for more information, contact Jens Nygren, programme manager focus area Health Innovation).
Third-cycle courses
- Health Innovation (in Swedish Hälsoinnovation), 7,5 credits
- Health Innovation – entrepreneurship and utilization (in Swedish: Hälsoinnovation – entreprenörskap och nyttiggörande)

Business researcher school
Seven universities in Sweden are planing to start a business researcher school (in Swedish: Företagsforskarskola) in health innovation. The purpose is to train the key people of the future in the Swedish healthcare system.
