Working with

I am a university lecturer in psychology at the Academy of Health and Welfare, department of Health and Sport. I have mainly worked in three research areas: (i) Mindfulness and acceptance-based methods related to attention, well-being and sport performance, (ii) Exercise and mental health, (iii) Critical thinking in relation to belief in conspiracy theories and disinformation.
