Lecturer (associate professor) in education. Conducts research and development work on learning in higher education with a particular focus on questions about how students relate to the various purposes and goals of higher education, their approach in their studies and various outcomes in education and working life, e.g. their "employability". Is particularly interested in and participates in projects that highlight how the knowledge and skills from studying in higher education are utilized use in working life as well as life in general.
