The Centre for Health Technology Halland (HCH) aims to meet and solve societal challenges within healthcare through the development of products, services and methods. The recent years rapid technological development has created enormous opportunities for health innovations. The purpose of HCH is to further develop Halland's leading position within healthcare, by strengthening the county's innovation possibilities and by contributing to an increased growth through the collaboration between and within academia, the business community and the public sector.
HCH started in 2009, has its premises at Halmstad University and is linked to the School of Information Technology at Halmstad University, Region Halland and all the municipalities in Halland.
