Documentation of studies
Every university or university college must maintain a study register with information individually for each student. In the study register, all students are listed by name and personal identification number. However, full personal identification numbers or names must not be used when communicating exam results, neither on the academic notice board nor on the web. This applies even if the webpage is password protected.
The following study details should be documented:
- entry requirements
- selection criterion
- admission
- participation in education and exams
- study results
- grades
- credit transfer
- degree
