Just join in - Winter bath

Are you up for a classical scandinavian challenge? People all over Sweden and Scandinavia like going to the beach even in the winter time. Some claims it hinders aging while others do it for the thrill. For this Just join in activity we have booked Halmstad Kallbadförening's sauna on Östra stranden, so that we can enjoy both a cold dip in the ocean and a warm place to recover from the chock. It doesn't matter if you are an experienced winter bather or if you have never tried it before, join in and we will experience it together!

The activity is free for all students and no registration is required. The sauna fits a maximum of 15 people, if we are more participants we will alternate. Please note that this is a drop-in event, you can join at any time between 12:00-16:00.
