Are you getting an ”Error” message when you try to log in?
This is probably because you’ve bookmarked Blackboard in your browser and saved your password. Since Blackboard’s entire system has been updated, the old information in your bookmark is no longer there.
How to log in to Blackboard after the update
Use the shortcut to Blackboard that can be found here on the student web. You’ll find the shortcut in the header and the menu at the top right of the website. If you’re lucky, your password is saved there and you can log in directly.
If you are unable to log in and you’ve forgotten your password, you can change or reset your password. Read more about how to do that via the link below:

Do you have problems with the mobile app?
If you have Halmstad University selected on the start page when you start the app, you should delete this selection. Search for Halmstad University again and try to log in again.
If this does not help, you can try deleting the app. Download it from your app store and try to log in again.
