Opening hours

To minimize the risk of the spread of infection only 50 people are allowed in the University Library at the same time. If the limit of 50 is reached, you can come back later or use a study place in another building at campus.

The library is open to all visitors, but with restrictions. The library should not be considered a meeting place or workplace. You go in, do your errand and go out again.

Unmanned hours

This is how it works

Everyone with an access card may use the University Library during unmanned hours. In order to enter the building during unmanned hours you have to blip your card in the card reader at the library entrance and enter your code. You must be able to present the card and ID (such as a passport) during unmanned hours.

Do not let anyone else in, regardless of whether they have their own access card or not. All visits will be logged.

The library desk is staffed weekdays 11 am to 1 pm for questions that need to be answered on site, e.g. payments of overtime fee, problems with the library card and pickup of interlibrary loans.

The library is unmanned weekdays 9 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 2 pm.

Return box

You can return books when the library is closed. The return box is located to the left of the entrance.
