Aquatic Biology and Restoration
This course aims at exploring the ecological premises in different aquatic environments, running waters, lakes, ponds and moors as well as coastal areas. The course will give an insight into the effects on water quality by imposed by human activities as well as what characterizes an unaffected aquatic ecosystem. The students will learn how to analyse water quality by various chemical and biological methods as well as presenting their findings to a wider audience.
Biology 30 credits including Ecology 7,5 credits.
